Q: WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

A: We operate globally and ship worldwide to all major destinations.

Q: WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

 A: We ship from our partnered warehouses & factories located in US & China. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.

Q: WHY ISN'T MY TRACKING NUMBER WORKING?

A: Tracking information is usually available within 5-10 days of shipment.

Q: I ORDERED MULTIPLE ITEMS BUT THEY ARRIVED IN DIFFERENT DELIVERIES?

A: Since our suppliers manufacture on demand and we have a large assortment of products not always stocked in the same region, we may ship your items at different times from different fulfillment centers.

Q: HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

A: All orders are processed and shipped usually within 2-3 days. Due to extremely high demand please allow 10-14 business days for orders to the United States and 20-30 business days for international orders, sometimes longer depending on your order & shipping location.

Q: IS YOUR WEBSITE SECURE WITH MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?

A: Absolutely. We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store any of your credit card information and it will only be used for the purchasing of your product. Then that information will be purged. 

Q. IS SHIPPING REALLY FREE?

A: Yes, shipping is Free Worldwide on most items.

We however have another option of "PRIORITY INSURED SHIPPING" where you get Peace Of Mind with your Order. You also receive an INSURED SHIPPING Insurance for the full retail value of your purchase if the shipment is lost, damaged or stolen, You will receive the product in around 9-21 Business Days.

A: We can usually offer a full refund on your order if there is any kind of issue. Simply visit our Returns page for complete details.

 A:We have an office in the beautiful country: India; Supply warehouses in: USA; High-Quality vendor contacts in: China

 Q. WILL I RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION NUMBER WHEN I PLACE MY ORDER?

 A. Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders.

 Please contact us if you don't receive one within 24 hours. 

Q. IS CHECKOUT ON THIS SITE SAFE & SECURE?

A: You can be absolutely sure that all purchases here are safe and secure. 

Q. IF I ENTER MY E-MAIL ADDRESS WILL YOU SELL MY INFORMATION?

A: We do not sell our customers information. Emails are strictly for follow-up and to send newsletters of our promotions and coupons for discounts. 

Q. WILL I (THE CUSTOMER) HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS?

A: For most countries you will not have to pay customs, but it depends where are you located and your order quantity. If so you’ll receive a notification by the Customs Office in your country.
