At WowPlush, we celebrate the act of discovery. We work with small vendors from all over the world to share their products, some of our products are shipped directly from our vendors overseas. WowPlush partners with major international shipping companies like SF Express, DHL, UPS, FedEx and EMS who work with local couriers - allowing us to ship direct to your door and proudly offer flat rate world-wide shipping.

Processing

Please note that we require between 3-5 working days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it and some items may take longer especially around major holidays (up to 10 days), or if your order includes popular items experiencing stock availability issues. Rest-assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

For orders with multiple items, products may be shipped separately and received on different dates due to the difference in manufacturing partners’ locations and shipping. Orders are sent out for delivery as soon as the stock availability is confirmed.

We cannot modify orders once they are placed. We will only ship to the address provided at checkout. Orders with incorrect billing information or requiring additional verification will be delayed and/or cancelled.

Deliveries

Once your order is shipped, depending on your country or region, estimated delivery time is between 7 to 21 business days. Specific delivery dates are not provided nor guaranteed. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

For pre-Ordered or back-Ordered Items:


If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship any items we have available immediately and ship the items that are pre-ordered or back-ordered immediately when we have them available. So if you ordered more than one item on a single order and receive only a part of your item don't worry, you will receive your other items shortly after.

DutiesTaxes, and Other Fees:

When ordering from WowPlush, you're responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination. International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and/or customs fees. These fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. If a shipment is refused and returned, you will be responsible for any import taxes and return shipping costs incurred.

The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; WowPlush has no control over these charges, nor can WowPlush predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely; you should contact your local customs office for more information. 

Wrong Address Disclaimer:


It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct before submitting an order. Please contact us immediately at support@wowplush.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time so if the order has already been processed through our shipping department we cannot retrieve it for an address change. 

Lost/Stolen Packages

WowPlush is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Is Shipping Free?

Shipping is free WORLDWIDE on All items.
We however have another option of "PRIORITY INSURED SHIPPING" where you get Peace Of Mind with your Order. You also receive an INSURED SHIPPING Insurance for the full retail value of your purchase if the shipment is lost, damaged or stolen, You will receive the product in around 9-21 Business Days.

Why Is My Order Being Shipped In Different Packages?

If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from the a different international warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a back order, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible!

When Will I Receive My Order?

Orders are shipped out directly from any of our many domestic & international warehouses and they will do everything they can to get you your order as fast as they can! Due to the popularity of our offers, please allow an estimated 1-5 weeks for your order to arrive to the USA (varies from product to product). Other countries can take an estimated 1-6 weeks (varies from product to product) due to distance traveling and customs. Please note, that due to the extreme popularity of our offers, these are only estimates.

What Happens If My Order Gets Stuck Or Lost In The Mail?

 

All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, if possible. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.
 

Will I Be Charged For Customs & Taxes?


The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in USD, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
